REFUND POLICY

We take hygiene and product integrity seriously, which is why we have a strict returns policy in place. Please read carefully before making a purchase. 

Returns & Refunds Eligibility 

✔ 14-Day Return Policy – You may return your skin scrubber or LED mask within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the hygienic seal is fully intact and the product remains unused and in original packaging. 
✔ No Returns on used Skin Scrubbers, Used Masks – Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken or if the beauty tools have been used. 
✔ Faulty or Damaged Items? – If your mask arrives faulty or develops a manufacturer defect within one year, we will replace it free of charge under our 1-Year Warranty. 

How to Request a Return 

  1. Contact our support team at info@skinopal.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. We'll provide a return authorisation and instructions for sending it back.
  4. Once received and inspected, if approved, your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used masks (if the hygienic seal has been removed).

• Items returned without prior authorisation.

• Change-of-mind returns after the 14-day window.

• Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
